Ingredients:
• 1 cup oats (rolled)
• 2 cups almond flour
• ¼ cup flaxseed meal
• ½ cup pecans
• 1/8 cup coconut oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tbsp baking soda
Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Press mixture into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

High Protein Bars Recipe – 5×15
The last time I shared my recipe for homemade protein bars, I had to include some good old-fashioned sugar. This year’s edition is going out with the traditional “sweet cream” sauce and a lot of whipped butter! These are fantastic warm or chilled; make sure you use plenty because they won’t set as easily when warmed up on top. Be creative here–you don’t want your favorite brandy running around in there but just keep it simple enough that everyone will enjoy this flavor combination.
